People with more relationships than attention — who keep meaning to reach out and keep finding it has been another six months.

How should I work through this path?

Seventeen modules, and the honest advice is not to do all of them. This is the most system-shaped path on the site, and systems for relationships fail in a specific way: they get built enthusiastically, followed for three weeks, and abandoned, after which the guilt does more damage than the original neglect. Take the two or three modules that fit how you already live and ignore the rest. The cadence modules are the load-bearing ones — deciding who you actually want to keep and roughly how often is nearly all of the benefit, and everything after that is tooling.
