Ranked list
The 7 best personal CRMs for Android in 2026 — honestly ranked
Let's say it up front, because this is exactly what this page is for: a large part of the personal-CRM category simply does not exist for you as an Android user. Queue is iPhone-only, Cardhop runs on Apple platforms only, Hippo is iOS-only, and the once-loved Garden never shipped on Android (and hasn't been maintained for years anyway). Search for "best personal CRM" and you'll read plenty of recommendations you literally cannot install on your phone. The good news: the field that remains is smaller but serious — and a few vendors treat Android as a first-class platform rather than an afterthought webview. We compare five alternatives with real prices (verified 10 June 2026) and a separately identified product preview. Endearist is our own product in development and appears as a separate, unranked preview.

How we ranked — and our bias
This overview uses documented vendor research, not an independent hands-on test. Full disclosure: Endearist is our own product in development. It is not released, so it appears only as a separate, unranked preview; the ranking covers only apps you can use on Android today. We ranked by Android fit: a native app rather than a webview or PWA, feature parity with iOS, offline capability — plus data ownership, exit options, and 3-year total cost. Apple-only apps (Queue, Cardhop, Hippo) are deliberately absent rather than listed with asterisks. All prices were checked against public pricing pages on 10 June 2026. No affiliate links, no paid placements — every entry lists at least one real drawback, the preview included.
-
Covve
Mobile contact-keeping with a native Android app and a top business-card scanner
Best for: Frequent networkers capturing contacts on the go
Strengths
- A genuinely native Android app — mobile is the primary surface here, not an appendage
- Fastest business-card OCR in the category plus news alerts on tracked contacts
- Fairly priced (Pro at €4.99/mo) and an EU company headquartered in Cyprus
Weaknesses
- Mobile-only — no desktop client if you want to work at a computer
- Cloud-mandatory: contacts sync to Covve's servers so the news engine can run
- Shallow contact model — optimized for capture, not for relationship depth over years
Pricing: Free tier (limited scans). Pro €4.99/month.
Covve has always treated Android as a first-class platform — that alone lifts it above half the category. Scan the card, get the alert, reach out: as a capture tool for professional acquaintances, it's the most direct stand-in for all the Apple-only apps you can't install. For deep personal relationships, the model stays too shallow.
-
Dex
Professional-networking CRM with a native Android app and LinkedIn sync
Best for: Recruiters, BD, and VC folks whose contact list is the work product
Strengths
- Native Android app plus web and macOS — you're not chained to the phone
- LinkedIn auto-sync and a Chrome extension: job changes land in the record automatically
- Two-way Google Calendar sync and meeting summaries
Weaknesses
- US-hosted (AWS) with OpenAI-based AI on Dex's servers — sensitive notes don't stay with you
- At $12/mo (Premium) or $20/mo (Professional), the priciest subscription on this list, with no lifetime
- Networking-shaped: no fields for how-we-met, pets, or personal relationship depth
Pricing: Free tier. Premium $12/mo, Professional $20/mo. No lifetime.
For professional networking on Android, Dex is the clear recommendation: native app, LinkedIn sync, calendar integration — nobody else here offers that combination. For personal life it's the wrong shape, and your notes live in a US cloud wired to OpenAI. If you want both, run two tracks: Dex for the network, a personal CRM for the people who stay.
-
Monica
Open-source personal CRM (AGPL) to self-host — runs in any Android browser
Best for: Self-hosters who never want to depend on a vendor
Strengths
- Genuinely free when self-hosted — AGPL v3, public GitHub, around since 2017
- The broadest feature surface in the category: activity log, gift tracker, debts, relationship graph
- Platform-neutral by definition: your Android phone's browser is as good as anyone else's
Weaknesses
- No native Android app — mobile is a web view of the Laravel app, with no offline mode or share sheet
- Self-hosting means maintaining a PHP/Laravel stack with MySQL — not a casual commitment
- No reminder engine at the level of the mobile apps on this list
Pricing: Self-hosted free. Monica Cloud $9/mo or $90/yr.
Monica sidesteps the Android question rather than answering it: there's no native app, but the browser is enough — and self-hosters are forever independent of vendor whims and app-store politics. As a daily phone companion, though, the web view feels noticeably clunkier than anything native above it.
-
Cloze
Relationship CRM with the deepest email and calendar integration in the category
Best for: People whose life genuinely runs on email and calendar
Strengths
- Native Android app plus macOS, Windows, and web — among the broadest platform coverage here
- Deepest integration in the category: two-way email, calendar, LinkedIn, and more flow in automatically
- AI follow-up suggestions backed by a decade-plus of product maturity
Weaknesses
- The Android app is native but visibly less prioritised than iOS
- Cloud-only on US servers — Cloze reads your inboxes to power its AI
- At $17/mo (Pro), permanently expensive; no free tier, no lifetime
Pricing: Pro $17/mo. Business Silver $29/mo. No free tier, no lifetime.
If your life genuinely runs on email and calendar and a US-hosted AI in your inbox doesn't bother you, Cloze is hard to beat — nobody else here matches its auto-aggregation. On Android, though, you'll notice iOS comes first, and $17/mo indefinitely is a price you have to want.

Contacts+
Address-book sync and deduplication across all your accounts
Best for: People with five address books that disagree with each other
Strengths
- Native Android and iOS apps plus a web app — sync and backup across multiple accounts (5 on Premium)
- Merging, deduplication, and the business-card scanner are genuinely useful
Weaknesses
- Not a relationship tool: no cadence reminders, no journal, no life events — address-book fields only
- Cloud sync is the product: the server holds plaintext so merge and dedup can work
- Since the 2021 acquisition, more a sync utility than a product with a roadmap
Pricing: Free tier. Premium $9.99/mo (or $99.99/yr). No lifetime.
Strictly speaking, Contacts+ is not a personal CRM — it's here because on Android it's the best tool for the prerequisite problem: five address books that disagree. Clean up first, then import into a real relationship tool further up this page. As a long-term home for relationship upkeep, it isn't meant for that and isn't suited to it.
