Who is this path for?

Anyone who wants the basic mechanics of a relationship laid out plainly — early in a relationship, or well into one and never taught this directly.

How should I work through this path?

Work through this one in order. It is the only path on the site where the sequence genuinely matters, because each module assumes the vocabulary from the one before it — bids, repair, load, and standards build on each other. Ten modules is roughly a month at two a week, which is a better pace than a weekend binge: the ideas need a few ordinary days to be tested against your actual relationship before the next one lands. If a module describes something you recognise uncomfortably, stop there and stay with it rather than pushing on. Recognition is the point of this path; finishing it is not. A word on what this path assumes: nothing. It is written for someone who has never had any of this explained, which includes most people, because relationship mechanics are not taught anywhere and are usually absorbed by watching whatever was modelled at home. If some of it seems obvious, read the module anyway and check whether you actually do the obvious thing. The gap between knowing something and practising it is where nearly all of the difficulty in this subject lives, and it is the gap the later paths are built on.
