Where your data lives
Nimble: cloud-hosted SaaS — your contacts, enriched social data, and email history live on Nimble's servers; the web app, mobile apps, and Outlook/Gmail add-ins are all views onto that cloud. Endearist: your device first — sync optional via your own cloud (Google Drive, iCloud, WebDAV) or Endearist Cloud (EU-hosted).
How AI is accessed
Nimble's intelligence is enrichment-shaped: automatic social-profile matching and company insights, with 25 enrichment credits per user per month included and extra credits at $10 per 100. It tells you about people from public data. What we don't do
We don't do social-profile enrichment, prospecting, email sequences, group email tracking, deal pipelines, or the Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace deep integration that is Nimble's home turf. If your CRM needs to live inside Outlook and tell you who a new lead is before the first call, Nimble does that and Endearist doesn't try to.

Switching
Coming from Nimble?
In Nimble's web app, open the Contacts tab, filter or select the contacts you want (use 'Select All' for everything), then click Export — Nimble emails you a CSV file. Import it into Endearist via Settings → Import → CSV: names, emails, phones, addresses, tags, and note fields map across; tags become Endearist tags you can use to drive cadence rules. Enriched social-profile data and deal records don't migrate — they're Nimble's view of public data, not yours. Note that exports only include fields editable on the contact record, so check a few records before deleting your Nimble account.
